Lisaury Ciri Torres

Lisaury Ciri Torres is a very beautiful little girl.  She is 10 yrs old, and was born February 13^th, 2001.  She is in the 2^nd grade, and goes to school in the afternoons for 3 hours. 

Lisaury lives a very non traditional lifestyle.  She lives with her 12 yr old brother, Frank Kelvin.  They were living with their father in their grandmother’s house.  During that time they were not attending school regularly.  When Lisaury’s father moved his girlfriend into their grandmothers house the children were asked to live across the street at their aunt Berenisse’s house.  The girlfriend did not want to raise the children.  Since they they have been attending school regularly.  Berenisse has 2 children of her own.

Berenisse has also offered to teach a sewing class to our mothers at the Centre as her job is a seamstress.

Berenisse describes Lisaury as being very intelligent..  She says she likes homework and she achieves good marks at school.  She tells us she is a very calm and quiet little girl. Lisaury wants to be a lawyer when she grows up.
